摘要
受国内国际新冠疫情影响,国内甲醇在严重过剩的情况下,其价格持续低迷,乙醇作为重要的清洁技术化学品,其价格相对稳定,尤其是燃料乙醇市场供应缺口大。通过分析不同煤气化技术,发现气流床气化制甲醇具有高一氧化碳、低氢原料气组成优势;通过对三家不同微生物发酵法制燃料乙醇技术的对比分析,煤制甲醇改产或联产燃料乙醇具有可行性,耦合性较高。采用塞纳达生物技术将低温甲醇洗复热后的合成气,经减压输送到微生物发酵装置生产燃料乙醇,有效气可以增值0.82元/m3,具有较好的经济性。
As an important clean technology chemicals,Ethanol’s price is relatively stable and specially the big shortage of fuel Ethanol market.Through analyzing different coal gasification analysis,en-trained flow gasification and methanol have a certain advantage of high carbon monoxide and low hydrogen feed gas composition;through comparison analysis of 3 different microbial fermentation technology to produce fuel ethanol,conversion of coal to methanol production or co-production of fuel ethanol has feasibility and high coupling.Adopting Senada Biotech to wash and reheat syn-gas from low-temperature methanol and deliver it to the microbial fermentation unit to produce fuel ethanol under reduced pressure and its effective gas can appreciate 0.82 yuan/m 3 and have good economy.
