2型糖尿病患者的肝郁分级与血糖水平相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between Liver Depression Grade and Blood Glucose Level in Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的观察2型糖尿病患者的肝郁分级与空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的相关性,以期为2型糖尿病患者的防治提供思路。方法收集2019年10月—2020年10月福州市中医院内分泌科门诊及住院2型糖尿病患者121例,其中非肝郁证者25例,肝郁证1级者28例,肝郁证2级者36例,肝郁证3级者32例,观察2型糖尿病患者的肝郁分级与血糖水平(FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c)的相关性。结果肝郁分级与FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c均呈正相关(P<0.001);血糖水平各指标在不同肝郁分级比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),且肝郁分级越高,血糖水平各指标含量越高。结论肝郁是加重2型糖尿病病情进展的重要危险因素,肝郁分级越高,其血糖水平越高;可考虑通过疏肝解郁法舒缓2型糖尿病患者的情绪,从而帮助控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平。

Objective To observe the correlation of type 2 diabetes patients with liver depression grade and FBG(Fasting blood glucose),2hPG(blood glucose 2 hours after meal)and HBA1c(glycated hemoglobin),in order to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Collecting 25 patients with non-liver depression of type 2 diabetes,28 patients with liver depression level 1,36 patients with liver depression level 2,and 32 patients with liver depression level 3.The grade of liver depression in patients with type 2 diabetes correlations with blood glucose levels(FBG,2hPG,HBA1c)was observed.Results The grade of liver depression was positively correlated with FBG,2hPG,and HBA1c(P<0.001).The differences in blood glucose levels among different liver depression grades are statistically significant(P<0.001),and the higher the liver depression grade,the higher the blood glucose levels indicators.Conclusion Liver depression is an important risk factor for aggravating the progression of type 2 diabetes,and the higher the liver depression grade,the higher the blood glucose levels indicators.It may be considered to control the blood sugar level by soothing the mood of type 2 diabetes patients.
