丁香开胃贴治疗慢性心功能不全并腹胀临床研究

Clinical Study on Dingxiang Kaiwei Paste in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Abdominal Distension

目的研究应用丁香开胃贴治疗慢性心功能不全合并腹胀患者的临床效果。方法在2018年3月—2019年7月选取符合慢性心功能不全合并腹胀的患者100例进行试验,试验中患者都给予了规范的慢性心功能不全治疗方法,但给予的后续治疗不同,患者按此分为了观察组和对照组,观察组患者给予丁香开胃贴,对照组患者给予莫沙必利片,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效,并比较患者的心功能情况及治疗后的生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、血浆N末端B型脑钠肽(NT-porBNP)较对照组低,左心室射血分数(LVEF)较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量优良率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心功能不全合并腹胀患者在规范治疗的基础上加以丁香开胃贴可以明显改善患者的心功能情况,提高临床效果,同时还可以提高患者治疗后的生活质量,因此在临床上应该大力推荐这种治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of applying clove appetizer on patients with chronic heart failure and abdominal distension.Methods From March 2018 to July 2019,100 patients with chronic heart failure and abdominal distension were randomly selected for the experiment.The patients were given standardized chronic heart failure treatment,but the follow-up treatment was given.According to this patient,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were given clove appetizer,and the patients in the control group were given mosapride tablets.The clinical efficacy of the patients after treatment was observed and the cardiac function of the patients and the after treatment were compared.Results he total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),plasma N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide(NT-PorBNP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of good quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion From this we can know that the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and abdominal distension on the basis of standardized treatment can significantly improve the patient’s cardiac function,improve the clinical effect,and also improve the quality of life of patients after treatment.Therefore,this treatment should be strongly recommended in the clinic.
