中药热熨治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hot Medicated Compress in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation of Cold-dampness Blocking Type

目的探讨中药热熨治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—12月住院治疗的80例寒湿痹阻型LDH患者,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予急性期腰部制动、后期腰背肌功能训练等,观察组在对照组基础上改用可固定的热熨治疗。比较2组疗效和治疗前后VAS评分、ODI评分,观察2组炎性反应(IL-6、TNF-α)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的82.50%(33/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分、ODI评分以及IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热熨治疗寒湿痹阻型LDH可提高疗效,改善临床症状,降低炎性反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect in treatment of cold-dampness blocking type of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with hot medicated compress.Methods 80 patients with cold-dampness blocking type of LDH,selected from Jan to Dec 2017,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acute lumbar braking and functional training of lumbar and dorsal muscles.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot medicated compress on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,VAS scores and ODI scores before and after treatment were recorded.The inflammatory reaction(IL-6,TNF-α)were observed in the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that(82.50%(33/40))in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores,ODI scores,IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improve the curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory reaction in patients with cold-dampness blocking type of LDH.
