中药外洗治疗小儿水痘临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Washing Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Varicella in Children

目的探讨中药外洗治疗小儿水痘的疗效。方法将60例水痘患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用自拟参黄汤外洗配合伐昔洛韦治疗;对照组采用伐昔洛韦治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效、退热及皮疹结痂时间。结果治疗组患儿退热时间、皮疹结痂时间和临床总有效率均好于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有清热解毒,燥湿止痒之功的参黄汤外洗液对水痘有较好效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of external wash of Chinese medicine in the treatment of varicella in children.Methods 60 cases of varicella children were assigned to either trial group(n=30)treated with external wash of Shenhuang decoction and valaciclovir hydrochloride or control group treated with valaciclovir Hydrochloride,and then the clinical signs in two groups were observed,analyzed and compared.Results Fever subsidence time and incrustation time of skin rash and the clinical total effective rate In the trial group were all better than in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The external wash of Shenhuang decoction was prove to be safe and effective for chicken pox in children And it can shorten the course of treatment,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
