壮医脐内环穴配合针刺疗法治疗肾虚型神经性耳鸣临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Inner Umbilical Ring Acupoint of Zhuang Medicine Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Nerve Tinnitus of Kidney Deficiency Type

目的对壮医脐内环穴配合常规针刺治疗肾虚型神经性耳鸣疗效进行观察。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月收治的肾虚型神经性耳鸣患者88例进行研究。分为观察组与对照组各44例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合壮医脐内环穴治疗。结果观察组患者治疗后耳鸣等级、临床疗效明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮医脐内环穴配合常规针刺在肾虚型神经性耳鸣治疗中并未出现任何不良症状,并且具有显著疗效,在临床中备受患者青睐,在医学中具有一定医学研究意义,值得在临床中进行推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of inner umbilical ring acupoint of Zhuang medicine combined with routine acupuncture on nerve tinnitus of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 88 patients with neuronal tinnitus of kidney deficiency type admitted from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected for this study.44 cases were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine internal ring point on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Results The tinnitus grade and clinical efficacy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There are no adverse symptoms in the treatment of the nerve tinnitus of kidney deficiency type with the routine acupuncture at the inner umbilical ring point of Zhuang medicine,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
