中药熨烫中脘穴治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ironing Zhongwan(RN12)with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Epigastric Pain with Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

目的探讨对脾胃虚寒胃脘痛患者采取中药熨烫中脘穴的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在大连市中医医院呼吸脾胃科就诊的80例脾胃虚寒胃脘痛患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取中脘穴中药熨烫治疗,比较2组患者的有效率及复发率。结果试验组临床总有效率为95.0%(38/40),对照组临床总有效率为80.0%(32/40),试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的复发率为5.0%(2/40),对照组复发率为20.0%(8/40),试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者采取中脘穴中药熨烫,临床效果显著,可以有效提高临床有效率,降低复发率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Zhongwan(RN12)Chinese medicine ironing for patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach and epigastralgia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with gastralgia due to deficiency of spleen and stomach,40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the test group were selected for routine treatment,compared with those in the two groups.Results the indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pressing of Zhongwan(RN12)with traditional Chinese medicine for the patients with spleen stomach deficiency,cold and epigastralgia has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the clinical efficiency and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worth popularizing in the clinical practice.
