中医情志护理在恶性肿瘤患者化疗后护理中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing in Post-Chemotherapy Nursing of Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的探讨为恶性肿瘤患者化疗后提供中医情志护理的实践效果。方法随机选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院肿瘤科2017年12月—2018年12月收治的20例恶性肿瘤患者,分成观察组与对照组,各10例。患者化疗后分别进行临床中医情志护理与常规护理,对SAS、SDS评价与肿瘤标志物检测结果进行比较。结果经过1年护理实践,通过SAS、SDS评价数值对比以及4个肿瘤标志物(CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、proGRP)检测结果对比,判断情志护理的护理效果高于常规护理效果,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过情志护理操作对肿瘤患者化疗后康复治疗实行干预,降低焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提升患者的护理质量,增强治疗癌症信心,在临床护理中值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the practical effect of providing TCM emotional nursing care for patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy.Methods 20 patients with malignant tumor were randomly selected as the observation group and control group in the oncology 2017-012~2018-12 of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University,and the patients with lung cancer were selected as reference samples,the average age was about 60 years old,and the patients were treated with clinical TCM emotional nursing and routine nursing after chemotherapy,using SAS and SDS evaluation were compared with the values of tumor marker detection.Results After 1 years of nursing practice,through SAS,SDS evaluation numerical comparison and tumor four tumor markers(CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE,proGRP)test results,to judge the nursing effect of emotional care is higher than the conventional nursing effect,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through emotional nursing operation to intervene in tumor patients after chemotherapy rehabilitation treatment,reduce anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,improve the quality of care for patients,enhance the confidence in the treatment of cancer,in clinical care is worthy of widespread application.
