综合护理配合中药熏洗在肛裂术后的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in Patients with Anal Fissure after Operation

目的分析给予肛裂术后患者实施综合护理配合中药熏洗的临床效果。方法以2016年1月—2018年6月本院收治的98例采取手术治疗的肛裂患者为研究对象,征求患者及其家属同意后,按随机分配方法分为参照组及研究组,参照组给予综合护理,研究组在此基础上配合中药熏洗,观察7 d,对比护理前后2组患者疼痛评分,比较7 d后创面渗液评分以及便秘发生率。结果2组患者疼痛评分显著下降(P<0.05);研究组患者疼痛评分降幅更大(P<0.05);研究组患者创面渗液评分显著低于参照组,研究组患者的便秘发生率显著低于参照组,(P<0.05)。结论综合护理配合中药熏洗,能有效降低肛裂手术患者术后疼痛并改善创面渗液,减少便秘的发生,是理想的护理方案,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for patients with anal fissure after operation.Methods 98 patients with anal fissure who were treated surgically in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.After seeking the consent of patients and their families,they were divided into reference group and research group according to random allocation method.The reference group was given comprehensive nursing.On this basis,the research group cooperated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The pain scores of the two groups before and after nursing were observed for 7 days,and the wounds after 7 days,percolation score and incidence of constipation were compared.Results Pain score of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),the above scores of the study group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),wound exudation score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the incidence of constipation in the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing can effectively reduce the pain and improve wound exudation after anal fissure surgery,and reduce the occurrence of constipation.It is an ideal nursing program and worth promoting.
