摘要
生物药剂学与药物动力学实验课程在整个药学教学过程中占有非常重要的地位,血药法测定阿司匹林片在家兔体内的药物动力学参数实验是我校针对药学专业学生开设的其中一个主要实验,对于本科生理解并应用血药法测定药物的药物动力学参数的这个过程具有重要的实际指导意义。兰州大学药学院开设的本实验是用显色法测定阿司匹林血药浓度,样品处理时所加的混合试剂[HCl、Fe(NO3)3、HgCl2]毒性大、操作繁琐、稳定性差、导致学生实验结果重现性差,笔者采用了新的样品处理及药物血药浓度测定方法,操作安全简便、检测灵敏度高,重现性及稳定性好,适合学生实验教学。
The course of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics experiment plays a very important role in the whole pharmaceutical teaching process.The experiment which is determined the pharmacokinetics parameters of aspirin tablets in rabbits by blood drug method is one of the main experiments for pharmaceutical students in Lanzhou University.It is very important for undergraduates to understand and use blood drug method to determine the pharmacokinetics parameters during this process.This experiment was offered by school of pharmacy to determine the blood drug concentration of aspirin by color developing method.The mixed reagents(HCl,Fe(NO3)3,HgCl2)added in sample are toxic.Operation processes are cumbersome and the samples are unstable,which results in poor reproducibility of the experimental results.The author adopted a new method of sample processing and blood drug concentration determination,which is safe,simple,sensitive,reproducible and stable.The method is suitable for experimental teaching.
