淫羊藿治疗骨质疏松症的实验研究进展

Experimental Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Epimedium in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

骨质疏松症的防治方法目前并不确切,目前西药防治骨质疏松症的疗效并不理想,中医药防治骨质疏松症逐渐作为近年来的研究热点,淫羊藿也是被研究的众多中药之一。骨质疏松症主要表现是骨髓间充质干细胞分化的异常、成骨细胞活力的降低、破骨细胞的异常以及骨折后的愈合难度增加。本文总结并分析近年来国内外相关实验研究,就淫羊藿分别对骨髓间充质干细胞的分化、成骨细胞、破骨细胞以及骨折后愈合的影响进行综述,为日后淫羊藿防治骨质疏松症提供理论依据。

At present,the prevention and treatment methods of osteoporosis are not exact,and the curative effect of Western Medicine on osteoporosis is not ideal.The prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become a research hotspot in recent years,and epimedium is also one of the numerous traditional Chinese medicines studied.The main manifestations of osteoporosis are abnormal differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,decreased activity of osteoblasts,abnormal osteoclasts and increased difficulty in healing after fracture.This paper summarizes and analyzes the related experimental studies at home and abroad in recent years,and summarizes the effects of Epimedium on the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts,osteoclasts and fracture healing,hoping to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in the future.
