摘要
"早晚""大小""反正"等反素副词的构成方式相同,意义来源相似,但整体语义并不相同,使用的语境也不相同。本文从相关命题的特点入手,通过共现成分的限制精准判定不同副词的语义。在此基础上进一步探讨构词语素量级表达上的差异对副词主观意义的制约,以及语用原则对副词主观意义的影响,厘清词汇义与语用义的界限,并运用句法测试讨论这些副词同中有异的句法表现。
Zaowan(早晚),daxiao(大小)and fanzheng(反正)are composed of two antonymous adjectival morphemes,and typically provide evaluation for the proposition instead of modifying the predicate.Each of them nonetheless has distinctive meaning and interacts differently with elements inside the clause,with outside clauses and with the discourse.The main goal of this paper is to find out their exact meaning and function by examining their semantic compatibility with and syntactic selectional restriction on other elements and the context.It also discusses the differences in the scalar expressions of adjectival morphemes,as well as the influence of pragmatic principles on the subjective meanings of the adverbs.Syntactic tests are used to explore the different syntactic functions of these adverbs.
