产教融合背景下现代学徒制人才培养的路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Cultivating Modern ApprenticeshipTalents under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

现代学徒制是现阶段我国职业教育的热点,这种将传统学徒制和现代职业教育相结合的教育模式,是职业教育发展的趋势。系统分析目前现代学徒制实施过程中存在的问题,提出在产教融合的背景下,进行现代学徒制人才培养应从构建校企合作的长效机制、完善现代学徒制技能标准、建立科学的导师评聘制度、开发先进教学资源、建立人才培养质量监控与评价体系、实施具有现代学徒制特点的管理制度六个方面着手。

Modern apprenticeship is the hot spot of vocational education in China at the present stage.This kind of education model that combines traditional apprenticeship with modern vocational education is the development trend of vocational education.This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the current implementation of the modern apprenticeship,and proposes that under the background of integration of production and education,the cultivation of modern apprenticeship talents should start from six aspects:constructing a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation,perfecting the standards of modern apprenticeship skills,establishing a scientific mentor evaluation system,developing advanced teaching resources,establishing a quality monitoring and evaluation system of talent cultivation,and implementing a modern apprenticeship management system.
