摘要
为实施好全省新一轮中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训,针对以往培训中存在的教师参训动力不足问题进行深入的调研。接受此次问卷调查的人员为黑龙江省24个市(县)的部分农村中小学校教师、校长和市(县)教育行政人员及教研员。通过对问卷进行分析,了解到黑龙江省农村中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训中教师参训动力不足问题可能产生的原因,并提出改进培训工作的建议,以期为顺利开展新一轮全省中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训,激发培训活力提供新的方法和策略。
To implement a new round of application ability training of information technology for primary and middle school teachers in Heilongjiang province,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the lack of participation motivation for teachers to participate in the training in the past.Questionnaire participants are composed of primary and middle school teachers,headmasters,educational administrative staff,and teaching and research staff from 24 cities and counties in Heilongjiang Province.By questionnaire analysis,this paper finds out the possible reasons leading to the lack of participation motivation in the application ability training of information technology for rural primary and middle school teachers,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the training work,so as to stimulate the training vitality and provide new methods and strategies to successfully carry out a new round of application ability training of information technology for primary and middle school teachers in Heilongjiang province.
