摘要
在一流本科专业建设背景下,旅游管理类专业本科教育是中国旅游业高质量发展的重要基础和支撑,随着中国旅游业在世界旅游经济地位的日益凸显,其对旅游管理类专业高层次人才的需求也越来越迫切。运用问卷调查法和多元线性回归模型,以湖南省6所高校中988名旅游管理类专业的本科生为调查对象,尝试性地就学校实力、科研能力、课程设置、教学管理、教学资源、技术模式这六大影响因素对一流本科专业建设背景下旅游管理类专业本科研究性教学质量满意度的影响关系进行实证检验。研究结果显示,在一流本科专业建设背景下,教学资源与科研能力对旅游管理类专业本科研究性教学质量满意度影响最显著;课程设置和技术模式对旅游管理类专业本科研究性教学质量满意度影响次之;学校实力与教学管理对旅游管理类专业本科研究性教学质量满意度存在影响,但不太显著。最后,提出一流本科专业建设背景下提高旅游管理专业本科研究性教学质量满意度的对策建议。
Under the background of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,undergraduate education in tourism management majors is an important foundation and support for the high-quality development of China s tourism industry.As China s tourism industry has become increasingly prominent in the world tourism economy stage,the demand for high-level talents is becoming more and more urgent.Using questionnaire survey method and multiple linear regression model,taking 988 undergraduates majoring in tourism management from 6 universities in Hunan Province as the survey objects,this paper tries to make an empirical test on the relationship of six influencing factors of the school strength,scientific research capabilities,curriculum,teaching management,teaching resources and technical models on the satisfaction of the undergraduate research teaching quality of tourism management under the background of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.The research results show that under the background of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,teaching resources and scientific research capabilities have the most significant impact on the satisfaction of tourism management undergraduate research teaching quality;curriculum settings and technical models have the second most significant impact on the satisfaction of tourism management undergraduate research teaching quality;school strength and teaching management have an impact on the satisfaction of undergraduate research teaching quality of tourism management majors,but it is not significant.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the satisfaction of the research teaching quality of tourism management majors under the background of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
