摘要
某建材厂将一台SZL15型燃生物质锅炉托管给锅炉能源管理公司运行,锅炉检验员在内部检验时发现锅筒右前部鼓包,存在一定安全隐患。文中从锅炉的结构特征、壁厚测定、硬度检测、金相组织分析、壁厚校核等对锅炉鼓包进行原因分析,结果表明锅筒右前部位的金属材料过热,强度硬度下降,当压力超过材料屈服极限时,锅筒在内压力作用下该部位发生鼓包变形。通过对锅炉托管后使用管理中出现的问题导致的锅炉鼓包变形缺陷进行探讨,同时对合同能源管理单位提出使用管理方面的建议,有效预防此类事故发生。
A building materials factory entrusted a SZL15 biomass-fired boiler to the boiler energy management company for operation.During the internal inspection,the boiler inspector found that the right front part of the drum was bulged,which had certain safety risks.This paper analyzes the causes of boiler bulge from the structural characteristics of the boiler,wall thickness measurement,hardness testing,metallographic analysis,wall thickness check,etc.,and the results show that bulge deformation occurred in the right front part of the drum under the action of internal pressure when the metal material in this part overheated,the strength and hardness decreased,and the pressure exceeded the yield limit of the material.This paper discusses the boiler bulge deformation defects caused by the problems in the management of boiler after trusteeship,and puts forward some suggestions on the management of the contract energy management unit,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of such accidents.
