摘要
曳引力是评价电梯安全性能一项重要的技术指标,也是保障乘客安全的基本性能条件。如不理解曳引力产生的影响因素和试验方法,将严重影响电梯的安全使用。文中分析了一起新装电梯曳引力不足导致的故障,通过电梯曳引力量化校核计算,探讨影响电梯曳引力的基本因素,确定故障原因为电梯曳引轮上的包角偏小,提出针对性的整改措施,对解决曳引能力问题有着较实际的应用价值。
Traction force is an important technical index to evaluate the safety performance of elevators,and it is also a basic performance condition to ensure the safety of passengers.It will seriously affect the safe use of the elevator without understanding the influencing factors and test methods of traction.This paper analyzed a failure caused by insufficient traction force of a newly installed elevator,and discussed the basic factors affecting elevator traction force through the calculation of elevator traction force.The cause of the failure is determined to be the small wrap angle on the elevator traction sheave.Targeted rectification measures have practical application value for solving the problem of traction capacity.
