基于设备振动时频域故障诊断典型案例分析 被引量:3

摘要 在工业生产设备中旋转设备比较常见,一旦其发生故障,将引起工作效率降低,有的甚至导致整条机组产线停工,所以提前对设备进行故障预警就显得十分重要。文中以电机、风机、齿轮箱的振动为研究对象,利用数采器telesen8823,艾默生CSI2130振动分析仪采集信号,拾取特征频率,定位故障,体现了振动分析技术在故障诊断领域的重要作用。 Rotating equipment is very common in industrial production equipment.Once it fails,it will reduce the work efficiency,and some even lead to the shutdown of the whole unit production line.Therefore,it is very important to early warning the equipment failure.In this paper,the vibration of motor,fan and gearbox is taken as the research object,and the signal is collected by using the data acquisition device telesen8823 and Emerson csi2130 to pick up the characteristic frequency and locate the fault,which reflects the important role of vibration analysis technology in the field of fault diagnosis.
