摘要
文章设计一种高透湿聚氨酯层压帐篷面料,表层采用涤纶平纹机织布,层压膜为高透湿热塑性聚氨酯膜,里层为棉平纹布,黏合剂为TPU热熔胶粉。通过正交实验及单因素实验,确定层压复合最优工艺方案,薄膜与织物间上胶量为20 g/m^(2),热压时间为60 s,热压温度为140℃,层压帐篷织物的机械物理性能可以满足GB/T 27735—2011/ISO 5912:2003野营帐篷标准中对于旅游帐篷一般使用环境下的要求。同时,与里层织物为涤纶的层压织物相比,层压织物的整体透湿性提高了35%。
A kind of high moisture permeable polyurethane laminated tent fabric is designed in this paper.The surface layer is woven by polyester plain weave machine,the laminated film is high moisture permeable thermoplastic polyurethane film,the inner layer is cotton plain cloth,and the adhesive is TPU hot melt adhesive powder.Through orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment,the optimal process scheme of laminated composite was determined.The adhesive amount between film and fabric is 20 g/m^(2),the hot pressing time is 60 s,the hot pressing temperature is 140℃.The mechanical and physical properties of laminated tent fabric can meet the requirements of GB/T 27735—2011/ISO 5912:2003 camping tent standard for the general environment of tounist tents.At the same time,the overall moisture permeability of laminated fabric is increased by 35%compared with laminated fabric with polyester.
