摘要
纺织品在生产过程中,会使用大量化学溶剂和助剂,即使进行清洗,也会存在部分残留物。挥发性有机物作为残留物的核心构成,通过多个通道进入机体,会对人体健康造成影响。例如,其与水具有良好的相溶性,在人们日常衣着过程中通过汗液被人体吸收。因此,有必要建立完善的有害挥发物残留量和迁移量检测方式,将含量控制在合理范围内,保障人们的安全。文章主要联合静态顶空与质谱色谱技术,构建纺织品有害挥发性有机物定性筛选以及残留量和迁移量定量检测方法,对相关参数进行分析。
In the process of textile production,a large number of chemical solvents and auxiliaries will be used,even if cleaned,there will be some residues.Volatile organic compounds as the core composition of residues,enter the body through many channels,which will have an impact on human health.For example,because of the good compatibility with water,it is absorbed by the human body through sweat in people’s daily clothing process.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a perfect detection method for the residue and migration of harmful volatiles,to control the content within a reasonable range,and to ensure the safety of people.This paper mainly combines static headspace and mass spectrometry to construct qualitative screening of harmful volatile organic compounds and quantitative detection of residues and migration of textiles,and analyzes the relevant parameters.
