空港型国家物流枢纽应急疏散能力建模分析

摘要 对物流枢纽应急疏散能力进行分析时,没有对空港型国家物流枢纽中发生风险事故的严重性和可能性进行度量,导致分析效率低和精准度低的问题。进行空港型国家物流枢纽应急疏散能力建模分析,采用Pathfinder疏散仿真软件分析人员在空港型国家物流枢纽中的相关移动规则和时间,根据分析结果构建空港型国家物流枢纽应急疏散模型;在引导系统、疏散设施和疏散管理三个方面建立应急疏散能力评价指标体系,采用集值统计方法在空港型国家物流枢纽应急疏散模型的基础上构建疏散能力评价模型,根据疏散能力评价模型实现空港型国家物流枢纽应急疏散能力的建模分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法的分析效率和分析精准度较高。 The traditional method ignores the measurement of the severity and possibility of risk accidents in airport type national logistics hub during the emergency evacuation capacity of logistics hub,thus causing low analysis efficiency and accuracy.In this regard,a novel emergency evacuation capacity modeling analysis of airport type national logistics hub is put forward in this paper.First of all,the evacuation simulation software,Pathfinder,was adopted to analyze the relevant movement rules and time of personnel in airport type national logistics hub.Based on the analysis results,the emergency evacuation model of airport type national logistics hub was constructed.Secondly,the evaluation index system of emergency evacuation capacity was founded in the guidance system,evacuation facilities and evacuation management.Then,the set-valued statistical method was used to construct the evacuation capacity evaluation model.Eventually,according to the evacuation capacity evaluation model,the emergency evacuation capacity modeling analysis of airport type national logistics hub was achieved.The results show that the method has high analysis efficiency and accuracy.
