基于CFD的坐便器出水孔设计与数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对节水坐便器的研究开发问题,采用CFD多相流数值模拟手段,探究了出水孔形状与结构对坐便器水包壁面清洗效果以及排污能力的影响。结果表明,出水孔形状与坐便器冲洗效果密切相关,十字形出水孔坐便器,特别是正十字形出水孔坐便器,其清洁能力远优于常规圆形出水孔坐便器;改变出水孔内部流道结构同样可以有效提高坐便器清洁效果,相比传统圆柱型结构出水孔,锥直型以及余弦型结构出水孔坐便器水包壁面冲洗效果更好、排污能力提升均在15%以上。 Aiming at the research and development of water-saving toilet,the influences of different shape and structure of the toilet water outlet on the wall cleaning effect and the sewage discharge capacity were studied by means of CFD multiphase flow numerical simulation.The results show that the shape of the water outlet is closely related to the flushing effect of the toilet.The cleaning ability of the cross-shaped water outlet toilet is prominent and far better than the toilet with conventional round outlet,especially the positive cross-shaped.And the structure of water outlet can effectively improve the cleaning effect of the toilet.For the cylindrical water outlet,the water bag wall washing effect of the toilet with cone-straight or cosine-shaped structure of the water outlet is superior,and the sewage capacity increases by more than 15%.
