摘要
由于某型行星变速箱结构较为复杂,故障检测和状态监测时振动传感器的安装位置往往凭经验确定,为使传感器安装位置更科学、更合理,利用模态动能法对行星变速箱测点进行选择。针对变速箱箱体结构建立了三维模型,利用ANSYS软件进行了有限元仿真分析,得到各阶模态、固有频率和振型,导出低阶振型并利用模态动能法计算箱体表面的模态动能值,初选箱体表面六个测点,从中选取四个模态动能值最大的作为最终测点。设计试验方案,获取了箱体表面六个初选测点的振动信号,计算得到各测点实测信号的均方根、均值三个指标对测点的敏感度进行评价,试验验证了测点选择的科学性,为变速箱状态监测打下基础。
Due to the complexity of the structure of a planetary gearbox,the installation position of the vibration sensor during fault detection and condition monitoring is uncertain.In order to make the sensor installation has more scientific basis,the method of modal kinetic energy was used to select the measuring points of planetary transmission in this paper.The three-dimensional model of planetary gearbox structure was established,and the finite element simulation analysis was carried out by using ANSYS software.The modal,inherent frequency and vibration mode of gearbox were obtained,and the low-order vibration mode was derived.The modal kinetic energy value of the box surface was calculated by modal kinetic energy method.and four of the largest modal kinetic energy values were selected as the final measuring points.The vibration signals of six points on the box surface were obtained through experiments,and the energy value,root-mean-square value and mean value of the vibration signals were calculated to evaluate the sensitivity of the measurement point.The experiments verify the scientificity of the measuring point and lay a foundation for the condition monitoring of the gearbox.
