Innovation of Teaching Mode of“Promoting Learning and Teaching by Competition”of Horticulture Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of“Double High Plan”

根据“双高计划”建设的相关要求,高职院校应把“以赛促学、以赛促教”的人才培养模式纳入园艺专业建设和人才培养全过程,突出“以赛促学、以赛促教”在高职园艺专业发展、教师专业素养培育和产教深度融合等方面的优势,充分发挥“以赛促学、以赛促教”在发展园艺专业和提高人才培养质量中的重要作用。“以赛促学、以赛促教”的实施应以提高人才培养质量为中心,创新园艺专业产教融合的方式和思路,坚持“以赛促学、以赛促教”的教学模式与校园文化建设融合。

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the“Double High Plan”construction,higher vocational colleges have incorporated the talent training model of“promoting learning and teaching by competition”into the whole process of horticulture major construction and talent training,highlighting the characteristics of improving horticulture professional and technical level,cultivating teachers’professional literacy and integrating education with industry by means of“promoting learning and teaching by competition”in higher vocational colleges,giving full play to the important role of“promoting learning and teaching by competition”in promoting the high-level professional group of horticulture and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training.The implementation of“promoting learning and teaching by competition”should focus on improving the quality of talent training,innovate the way and thinking of integrating education with industry in horticulture,and insist on the integration of the teaching mode of“promoting learning and teaching by competition”into the construction of campus culture.
