“工匠精神”背景下职业教育人才培养路径探究——兼论现代职业教育模式的内涵特征 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,重拾“工匠精神”已经成为我国社会的热点问题之一,透过新时代“工匠精神”视域重新审视职业教育人才培养的本质,阐述了“工匠精神”与现代职业教育之间存在的内在耦合性,结合现阶段我国职业教育发展面临的困囿,以“工匠精神”为核心价值导向对现代职业教育人才培养进行研究论证,提出以“工匠精神”深度融入新时代职业教育人才培养的三个建议,切实优化我国职业教育人才培养体系,最终更好地完成新时代赋予职业教育培养新型高素质工匠人才的历史使命。 In recent years,it has become one of the hot issues in our society to regain the“craftsman spirit”.From the perspective of“craftsman spirit”in the new era,this paper reexamines the essence of personnel training in vocational education,and expounds the internal coupling between“craftsman spirit”and modern vocational education by analyzing the value connotation of“craftsman spirit”and the development of vocational education.In order to optimize the construction of personnel training system in vocational education in our country and finally better fulfill the historical mission of vocational education to cultivate new high-quality craftsmen in the new era,this paper studies and demonstrates the talent cultivation of modern vocational education taking“craftsman spirit”as the core value orientation,and puts forward three practical paths based on the deep integration of“craftsman spirit”into the talent cultivation of vocational education in the new era.
