Research on the Cultivation of International Talents of Business English Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of “Belt and Road Initiative”

“一带一路”背景下高职商务英语专业国际化人才培养面临新挑战,通过调研分析商务英语专业国际化人才培养存在的问题,提出了国际化人才培养路径:构建职业导向的实践教学体系、引入和开发国际化课程、加强师资队伍国际化建设和搭建学生国际交流与实践平台。

Under the background of“Belt and Road Initiative”,the cultivation of international talents of business English major in higher vocational colleges faces new challenges.Based on the analysis of the survey on the problems of the cultivation of international talents of business English major in higher vocational colleges,some strategies are proposed to solve the problems including constructing a career-oriented practical teaching system,introducing and developing international courses,strengthening the construction of the international teaching staff,and building a platform for students'international exchange and practice.
