2020年新冠疫情背景下高校毕业生就业工作面临着新的挑战,在如此严峻的就业形势下高校中就业困难学生群体成为全社会关注的对象。就业困难学生群体的出现也说明了我国高校目前就业指导工作中存在的一些问题,为了更好地帮助高校就业困难学生群体顺利就业,给高校就业工作提供一些参考意见。本文就现阶段高校大学生就业困难群体的主要类型及成因进行了分析,并深入阐述了就业困难群体帮扶工作的现状且给予了相关的对策建议。

Under the Background of the 2020 novel coronavirus epidemic,the employment of university graduates is facing new challenges.The group of students with diffi culty in employment has become the object of concern for the whole society.The emergence of a group of students with diffi culties in fi nding employment has explained some problems existing in the employment guidance of universities in our country.In order to help college students with employment diffi culties obtain employment smoothly,this paper provides some suggestions for college employment guidance.This article analyzes the main types and causes of employment diffi culties for college students at the current stage,and elaborates on the status quo of assistance to the groups with employment diffi culties and gives relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
