呼包鄂榆城市群县域联系强度对其经济效率的影响--基于随机前沿模型的实证分析

The Influence of County Connection Strength on Economic Efficiency of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos-Yulin Urban Agglomeration--Empirical Analysis Based on Stochastic Frontier Model

本文以呼包鄂榆城市群为研究对象,旨在检验城市群内各个县域单元之间的联系强度对其经济效率的影响,同时也关注了其他可能影响到县域经济效率的因素。在研究方法上,本文利用随机前沿模型对呼包鄂榆城市群各县域单元的生产函数进行了估计,在此基础上引入了联系强度、政府扶持、市场环境和区位虚拟变量对技术无效率项进行了回归分析。研究发现:呼包鄂榆城市群县域单元生产函数处于规模报酬递减阶段;县域联系强度对区域经济效率具有显著的正向的贡献;市场环境对于提升县域单元经济效率具有正向作用;县域单元市辖区的“身份”对其经济效率的提升没有正向的贡献,反而会降低其效率。

Taking Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos-Yulinurban agglomeration as its research object,this paper aims to test the influence of the connection strength among the counties in the urban agglomeration on their economic efficiency,and also pays attention to other factors that may affect the economic efficiency on the county level.In terms of research methods,this paper estimates the production function of each county in the urban agglomeration by using Stochastic Frontier Model.On this basis,it introduces variables of connection strength,government support,market environment and one dummy variable location to conduct regression analysis on the technical inefficiency.The results show that the county unit production function of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos-Yulinurban agglomeration is in the stage of diminishing returns to scale;the county connection strength has a significant positive contribution to the regional economic efficiency;the market environment has a positive effect on improving the economic efficiency on the county level;the"identity"of the county unit as a city's district has no positive contribution to the improvement of its economic efficiency,but will reduce its efficiency instead.
