Discussion on the Cultivation of Creative Talents in Hotel Management Major Based on VBSE Practice Teaching

本文从酒店管理专业双创型人才培养目标的角度切入,针对酒店管理专业VBSE实践教学中存在的问题,通过构建VBSE实践教学的酒店管理专业双创型人才培养模式,探索酒店管理专业双创型人才培养的可行性途径,以期为酒店行业输送优秀的双创型人才。

From the perspective of the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of hotel management major,this paper aims at the problems existing in VBSE practice teaching of hotel management major.Through the construction of VBSE practice teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship training mode on hotel management major,this paper explores the feasible ways to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents of hotel management major,so as to provide excellent talents for the hotel industry.
