热固树脂体系流变特征及变化规律

热固树脂是一种制造成本低、性能参数较为优良的综合性树脂材料,为了进一步提升此材料的应用范围,对热固树脂体系流变特征及变化规律展开研究。通过分析热固树脂体系目前在市场的应用,提出热固树脂体系具有动态黏度的特性,综合其变化趋势曲线图可知,其动态黏度与温度具有一定的直接关系。同时,热固树脂体系具有等温流变的特性,当环境温度呈上升状态时,分子运动活跃,分子间的间距变大,使得热固树脂体系分子运动空间被拓宽,此种条件更加有利于热固树脂体系的流动,此时体系整体流变系数增强。此外,热固树脂体系在室温存储条件下的储存时间相对较长,此时流变的变化较不显著,尽管逐步呈现固化状态,但相对变化较为缓慢。

Thermosetting resin is a kind of comprehensive resin material with low manufacturing cost and excellent performance parameters.In order to further improve the applied range of this material,the rheological characteristics and changeablerules of thermosetting resin system were studied.Through the analysis of the application of thermosetting resin system in the market at present,it is proposed that the thermosetting resin system has the characteristics of dynamic viscosity,and its dynamic viscosity has a direct relationship with temperature.At the same time,the thermosetting resin system has the characteristics of isothermal rheology.When the ambient temperature rises,the molecular motion is active,and the distance between molecules becomes larger,so that the molecular motion space of the thermosetting resin system is widened.This condition is more conducive to the flow of the thermosetting resin system,and the overall rheological coefficient of the system is enhanced.In addition,the storage time of thermosetting resin system at room temperature is relatively long,and the rheological change is not significant at this time.Although it gradually presents the curing state,the change is relatively slow.
