摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱快速测定水中甲草胺等6种酰胺类除草剂残留量的检测。6种酰胺类除草剂在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),在高、中、低3个添加水平下,回收率为70.0%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~7.9%,方法的定量限为0.02~0.09μg/L。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度和准确度高,适合水样中6种酰胺类除草剂多残留的检测分析。
A new method has beenadopted for the simultaneous determining of 6 amide herbicide residues in waterbyultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The calibration curves of 6 amide herbicide residues show good linearity.The correlation coefficients is higher than 0.999,therecoveries of the 6 amide herbicide residues at three spiked levels are in the range of 70.0%~103%and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)are in the range of 2.6%~7.9%.The limits of quantification arein the range of 0.02~0.09μg/L.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the 6 amide herbicide residues in water.
