摘要
察尔汗盐湖是一种氯化型盐湖,也是我国充裕的钾资源供应来源基地。自开采以来,已有将近一半的资源被加工生产为日常生活及工业生产所用。其中最为主要的资源之一属钾资源,蒸发工艺过程要求钾尽量以光卤石的形式析出,这体现了蒸发工艺在察尔汗盐湖生产中有着极为重要的地位。但在传统工艺中避免不了有不少的钾资源流失,因此需加强盐湖资源的合理开采利用,促进企业经济的提升,统筹兼顾,有序推进相关方面的研究。文章旨在简述察尔汗盐湖蒸发工艺及数学模型研究成果,便于相关工作者参考。
Qarhan Salt Lake is a kind of chlorinated Salt Lake,which is also an abundant source of potassium resource in China.Since the exploitation,nearly half of the resourcesin Qarhan Salt Lake have been processed for daily life and industrial production.One of the most important resources is potassium.The evaporation process requires potassium to be separated out in the form of carnallite,which reflects that the evaporation process plays an extremely important role in the production of Qarhan Salt Lake.However,a lot of potassium loss can not be avoided in the traditional process.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the rational exploitation and utilization of salt lake resources,promotethe improvement of enterprise economy,make overall consideration,and promote the related research in an orderly manner.The purpose of this paper is to briefly describe the research results of evaporation process and mathematical model of Qarhan Salt Lake,which is convenient for reference.
