摘要
炼油厂催化裂化装置粗汽油是成品汽油中的粗产品,具有易挥发、易燃烧的特性。粗汽油的馏程是评定汽油蒸发性的最重要的指标,可以判断油品组成中轻重组分含量,对汽油生产、储存、使用等方面都有着特别重要的意义。粗汽油组分很轻,馏程分析常常存在误差较大、难以分析的问题。文章先用GB/T 6536分析粗汽油馏程,再用气相色谱方法进行分析比对,根据粗汽油的特点,从仪器性能出发,有效地解决了粗汽油馏程分析的短板。
The crude gasoline of FCC unit in refinery is the crude product of finished gasoline,which is easy to volatilize and burn.The distillation range of crude gasoline is the most important index to evaluate the evaporation of gasoline.It can determine the content of light and heavy components in the composition of oil,and has a special significance for the production,storage and use of gasoline.The components of crude gasoline are very light,so it is difficult to analyze the distillation range because of large error.In this paper,GB/T 6536 was used to analyze the distillation range of crude gasoline,and then gas chromatography was used for analysis and comparison.According to the characteristics of crude gasoline and the performance of the instrument,the short board of crude gasoline distillation range analysis is effectively solved.
