摘要
对白花蛇舌草粗多糖的超临界CO_(2)萃取工艺进行优化。以白花蛇舌草粗多糖萃取率为评价指标,采用4因素3水平的正交试验,对萃取工艺的萃取压力、萃取温度、乙醇浓度和料液比进行研究。最佳萃取工艺为:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度40℃,携带剂浓度40%,料液比1:8。超临界CO_(2)萃取白花蛇舌草粗多糖优化工艺是稳定和可行的。
The supercritical CO_(2) extraction process of crude polysaccharide from Hedyotis diffusa has been optimized.Taking the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from Hedyotis diffusa as the evaluation index,the orthogonal test of four factors and three levels is used to study the extraction pressure,extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and material-liquid ratio of the extraction process.The optimized extraction conditions are as follows:extraction pressure 25 MPa,extraction temperature 40℃,carrier concentration 40%,the ratio of material to liquid is 1:8.The results show that supercritical CO_(2) extraction of crude polysaccharide from Hedyotisdiffusa is stable and feasible.
