摘要
煤炭清洁利用是国内煤化工领域研究的重点。伊犁地区是国家重要的煤化工产业基地之一。文章选择利用伊北煤田的煤炭,完成煤质分析后,进行固定床加压气化试验研究。在2.5 MPa和3.0 MPa条件下,通过调节气化剂的汽氧比,控制不同的气化温度,对产生的粗煤气的成分、产量进行统计分析统计,并计算了不同条件下的气化强度、效率等指标。通过试验证明,伊北煤田的煤非常适合利用固定床加压气化方式,生产煤制天然气,为以后的项目设计提供重要的基础数据。同时为伊犁煤炭资源的清洁转化提供了重要的方法和途径。
Coal clean utility is the key of the research in the field of domestic coal chemical industry.Yili area is one of the important coal chemical industry bases in China.In this article we did the gasification experiment in fixed bed with coal from Yili North Mine after the coal quality analyses were completed.Under the condition of 2.5 MPa and 3.0 MPa,the gasification temperature was controlled by adjusting the ratio between stream and oxygen.So we analyzed the samples to obtain all the data such as the output and composition of the crude gas which was produced through gasification under different conditions.Then some index such as gasification strength and efficiency were calculated with the statistics analyses results.Then we made the conclusion that the coals from Yili North Mine were suite for the pressured fixed bed gasification to produce synthetic natural gas.All the data were important for latter project engineering.It was also significant to find the way to utility coals in Yili area cleanly.
