Hydrogen is an important raw material in petrochemical projects.However,hydrogen itself has a strong risk.If there are some mistakes in the operation process,explosion will occur.Hydrogen plays an important role in petrochemical projects due to its irreplaceable role in petroleum refining.In order to ensure the safety of hydrogenation reaction in petrochemical projects,in the production process,not only focus on the production efficiency,but also ensure the production safety,reduce casualties and property losses caused by accidents.This article aims at the measures to prevent hydrogen explosion in the production of petrochemical projects,especially in the safe production of hydrogen production and hydrogen use.It is expected that in the petrochemical production process,the occurrence of safety accidents will be reduced,and the life safety of personnel and property safety of enterprises will be guaranteed to the greatest extent.
