摘要
为了解决传统菊粉提取工艺中由于石灰加入带来的陶瓷膜堵塞及有机膜损坏的问题,文章采用平均孔径为5 nm的小孔径陶瓷超滤膜替代传统的50 nm陶瓷超滤膜,设计了三种预处理工艺,研究不同预处理工艺对菊粉提取工艺中小孔径陶瓷超滤膜过滤性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用小孔径陶瓷超滤膜,可以有效截留菊芋浸提液中的蛋白,其蛋白截留率可达到58%。将其应用于菊粉提取工艺中,可提高生产效率,降低企业运行成本。
In order to solve the problems of ceramic membrane clogging and organic membrane damaging caused by lime addition in traditional inulin extraction process,ceramic ultrafiltration membrane with an average pore size of 5 nm was used to replace the traditional 50 nm pore-sized ultrafiltration membrane.The effect of three different pretreatment processes on the filtration performance of ultrafiltration membrane were investigated.The results showed that the protein in Jerusalem artichoke extract could be effectively intercepted by using small pore-sized ceramic ultrafiltration membrane,and the rejection rate of protein could reach 58%.The application of this technology in extraction of inulin can not only improve the productivity,but also reduce the operating costs.
