摘要
由于人口爆炸、快速城市化和工业增长,全球能源需求不断上升。现有的能源资源正在艰难地应付当前的能源需求。除了探索可再生能源替代办法外,必须最大限度地利用现有能源资源。焦炉煤气是钢铁工业生产焦炭的重要副产品。通常1 t焦炭会产生大约360 m^(3)焦炉煤气。中国每年生产700亿m^(3)焦炉煤气,然而,只有20%的煤气被用作燃料。没有有效回收和高效利用的焦炉煤气处理是对能源的严重浪费,造成环境污染。焦炉煤气被认为是一种潜在的氢分离、甲烷富集、合成气和甲醇生产的原料。它也可以有效地用于发电和液化天然气。文章综述了焦炉煤气的有效性、性质、净化和利用等方面的研究进展,详细总结了焦炉煤气的利用路线,重点介绍了国内外一些基于焦炉煤气利用技术的重大工业项目。
Due topopulation increase,rapid urbanization and industrial growth,the global energy demand is rising.Existing energy resources are struggling to cope with current energy demand.In addition to exploring alternatives to renewable energy,we must maximize the use of existing energy resources.Coke oven gas is an important by-product of coke production in the iron and steel industry.Generally,one ton of coke produces approximately 360 cubic meters of coke oven gas.China produces 70 billion cubic meters of coke oven gas every year.However,only 20%of the gas is used as fuel.The treatment of coke oven gas without effective recovery and efficient utilization is a serious waste of energy and causes environmental pollution.Coke oven gas is considered a potential raw material for hydrogen separation,methane enrichment,synthesis gas and methanol production.It can also be effectively used for power generation and liquefied natural gas.The research progress on the effectiveness,properties,purification and utilization of coke oven gas is reviewed.The utilization route of coke oven gas is summarized in detail,and some major industrial projects based on coke oven gas utilization technology at home and abroad is introduced.
