摘要
油砂井作业经常需要进行循环加热和生产两步作业,如何优化完井工艺和降低作业成本一直是油砂井的作业难题。为此,文章描述了对加拿大油砂井开展针对性的研究,通过技术创新开发出了一套循环加热和生产可以同时进行的完井工艺。该工艺通过减小井筒内电潜泵的尺寸,增加一个可移动的连续油管滑套,去掉了尾管,并且确保蒸汽流动仍然满足循环要求,通过QFlow软件建立水力学模型,验证了SPC设计能够保证油藏达到规定的加热温度和生产。将该技术成功的应用到24口油砂井,显著的降低了作业风险和作业工期,提高了作业效率,提高了项目的经济效益。该项技术在实践中有很好的应用,在油砂项目开发上有较好的推广应用价值。
Oil sand Wells often require two steps of circulating heating and production.How to optimize the completion process and reduce the operation cost has always been a difficult problem in oil sand Wells.To this end,this paper focused on the Canadian oil sands well,through technical innovation,developed a set of cycle heating and production can be carried out at the same time completion process.By reducing the size of the ESP in the wellbore,adding a coil tubing shiftable sliding sleeve,removing the need for a scab liner and ensuring that steam flow dynamics would still be sufficient for both the circulation and SAGD phases of the well life.Very detailed hydraulic modelling with QFlow software was done to validate that the SPC design would allow for our reservoir to be properly heated which is key to successful production performance.The technology was successfully applied to 24 oil sands Wells,significantly reducing operational risk and duration,improving operational efficiency,and improving project economics.This technology has a good application in practice and has a good value of popularization and application in the development of oil sand project.
