一例2岁小儿烫伤患者应用替加环素抗感染治疗的案例分析

A Case Analysis of a 2-year-old Child Burn Patient Treated with Tegacycline for Anti-infection

替加环素是新一代广谱的甘氨酰四环素类抗菌药物,药品说明书及相关指南均不推荐用于8岁以下儿童。虽然替加环素被禁止用于8岁以下患儿,但给那些危及生命的严重感染尤其是医院感染患儿使用替加环素或许是一种挽救生命的方法。本文是一例替加环素用于2岁严重感染患者的超说明书应用案例分析,主要就替加环素的给药时机、给药频次、给药剂量、联合用药以及2岁小儿应用替加环素的安全性等问题进行探讨。

Objective To explore the safety of tegacyclin in 2-year-old children.Methods The application of tegacyclin in this case was analyzed by consulting various case reports,reviews,expert consensus and guidelines,and combining with the actual data of this case.Results The dosage and course of treatment of tegacyclin in this case is safe and feasible,but the timing and frequency of administration can be further optimized,which may lead to better therapeutic effect.Discussion Although the treatment effect of this case is good and there is no adverse event,and there are also relevant case reports,but there is still not enough clinical data to support the safety of its application.
