广州在粤港澳大湾区建设中的地位作用与发展对策研究

Guangzhou’s Status and Development Strategy in the Constructionof the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

广州是粤港澳大湾区的枢纽城市,发挥着核心引擎作用。广州具备国际商贸和金融中心、国际综合交通枢纽、国际交往中心、国际科技产业创新中心和世界文化名城的现实基础。根据《广州市城市总体规划(2017—2035)》草案,广州将致力于打造“美丽宜居花城活力全球城市”。为了实现这一愿景,通过借鉴国际大湾区的实践经验,为广州城市发展提出整体发展思路、城市建设、产业布局、科技创新和国际交往五个方面的建议。

Guangzhou is the hub city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and will play a core engine role.Guangzhou has a realistic foundation for an international business and financial center,an international comprehensive transportation hub,an international communication center,an international technology industry innovation center,and a world-famous cultural city.According to the draft of“Guangzhou City Master Plan(2017-2035)”,Guangzhou will be committed to building a“beautiful livable flower city dynamic global city”.Guangzhou’s urban development needs to shine in the five aspects of overall development ideas,urban construction,industrial layout,technological innovation and international exchanges.This will be a comprehensive system engineering.
