摘要
为探索非遗传因素对细毛羊主要经济性状的影响,本文对新疆科创畜牧繁育中心2009—2017年的鉴定记录进行统计分析,利用最小二乘方差分析鉴定年份、年龄及性别3个非遗传因素对多胎细毛羊头部评分、体型评分、密度评分、细度评分、匀度评分、弯曲度评分、油汗评分、总评分8个主观鉴定性状和羊毛长度、剪毛后体重、剪毛量3个客观测定性状的影响。结果表明:鉴定年份对各性状均有极显著影响;性别对密度评分、毛长度、匀度评分、油汗评分、总评分、剪毛后体重、剪毛量均有极显著影响,对头部评分、体型评分、细度评分、弯曲评分的影响均不显著。年龄对细度评分有极显著影响,对头部评分、剪毛量有显著影响,对其他性状的影响均不显著。
To explore the influence of non-genetic factors of the main economic traits of fine-wool sheep,this article analyzes the trait records of Xinjiang Kechuang Livestock Breeding Center from 2009 to 2017.The least squares analysis of variance was used to identify the influence of three non-genetic factors(year,age and sex)on 7 subjective identified traits(capilli score,body condition score,density score,fineness score,uniformity score,wool bending score,wool grease score,total score)and 3 objective measured traits(wool staple length,weight after shearing,greasy weight)of multiple fetus fine wool sheep.The results show that the identification year has a highly significant impact on each trait;sex has a highly significant impact on density score,wool staple length,uniformity score,wool grease score,total score,live weight after shearing and Greasy weight,the effects on capilli score,body condition score,fineness score,and wool bending score were not significant.Age has an extremely significant effect on the fineness score,on the capilli score and the greasy weight,and has no significant effect on other traits.
