电磁感应下胰腺β细胞的放电及同步分析 被引量:3

摘要 细胞内外离子的变化会影响细胞膜电位的变化,产生电磁场的分布.以胰腺β细胞神经元为基础,建立一个由忆阻器实现神经元的磁通量与膜电位之间耦合的四维神经元模型.分析了反馈增益K_(1)对胰腺β细胞放电模式的影响,得到了不同分岔行为及相应条件.对神经元添加相应外部电刺激I_(ext)考察了其对神经元放电模式的影响,选择合适的参数,进行数值模拟,结果表明系统存在加周期分岔,逆加周期分岔与倍周期分岔之间相互转换,呈现静息态−周期峰−混沌−周期簇放电模式的转迁.分析了磁通耦合胰腺β细胞的同步特性,利用同步差原理,推导出了系统达到同步状态的条件.同时对系统进行双参数分析,分析结果表明,当系统处于弱耦合强度时,随着耦合强度的增加,系统将逐渐达到同步状态,说明在弱耦合强度下增大耦合强度对系统的同步有促进作用.继续增加耦合强度达到一定范围反而不能促进系统达到同步,验证了耦合强度与系统达到同步的关系. The change of ions inside and outside the cell will affect the change of cell membrane potential and produce the distribution of electromagnetic field. Pancreatic β cell neurons can be established based on the fourdimensional model of neuron membrane potential coupling between the magnetic flux which is realized by a memristor neurons, causing effect of the feedback gain k 1 of pancreatic β cells, the discharge mode, and to obtain different behaviors bifurcation corresponding conditions. The effects of external electrical stimulation Ie xt on the firing pattern of neurons were investigated, and the appropriate parameters were selected for numerical simulation.The results show that there are periodic bifurcations in the system, and there is a transition between the inverse plus period bifurcation and the doubling bifurcation, showing the transition of the resting state-periodic spiking-chaos-periodic bursting discharge mode. The synchronization characteristics of the magnetic flux coupled pancreatic β-cells have been analyzed, and the synchronization difference principle is used to deduce the conditions for the system to reach the synchronization state. At the same time, the system is analyzed by two parameters. The analysis results show that when the system is in weak coupling strength, the system will gradually reach the synchronization state with the increase of coupling strength, which indicates that increasing the coupling strength under the weak coupling strength can promote the synchronization of the system. Increasing the coupling strength to a certain extent can not promote the synchronization of the system, and verify the relationship between the coupling strength and the synchronization of the system.
