基于IPD视角的装配式建筑管理要素影响关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探索适配装配式建筑项目的管理要素之间的关系,通过文献综述及专家访谈,基于集成项目交付(IPD)视角初选出16个建筑工程项目管理相关指标,结合对珠三角地区的相关从业专家调查问卷分析,运用探索性因子分析及信度检验,从中识别出4个维度下13个针对装配式建筑项目管理的要素指标;基于解释结构模型,构建了基于IPD框架下珠三角地区装配式建筑项目管理要素的层级结构糢型:利用MICMAC分析方法,对要素之间的关系及关系强度进行了归类分析,将层级结构进一步分为根源层、中间层及表面层。并根据研究结果给出相应的装配式建筑项目管理对策,即根源层要素应最先得到重视和落实,同时可针对中间层要素进行各种组织模式拟合尝试,而表面层要素则可供设定绩效目标时参考。 To explore the relationships among the elements of the adaptable project management in prefabricated buildings,16 indexes of building project management from the perspective of IPD are firstly selected through literature review and expert-based interview.After a questionnaire survey with the experts in the Pearl River Delta,13 indexes from the original 16 ones are validated using the EFA and reliability analysis.Divided into 4 dimensions,these indexes are in close connection with the project management of prefabricated buildings.Using the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method(ISM),a hierarchical structure about the project management of the prefabricated buildings in the Pearl River Delta is built based on the IPD framework.Based on MICMAC,the hierarchical structure is further divided into the root layert the middle layer,and the surface layer according to the relationships among the elements as well as their strength.Then,corresponding suggestions are put forward,indicating that the root layer needs prior attention and implementation,while the middle layer can be combined with new organizational mode and the surface layer can offer a reference for performance target setting.
