Analysis of the Engineering Design Audit System of Canadia

针对我国施工图设计文件审查制度实施中发生的问题,分析研究加拿大工程设计审核制度,包括项目开发建设监管过程、工程设计审核主体与责任、工程设计审核与批准程序、以及工程设计审核的依据、审核内容和时限等。基于此,从工程设计审核的性质和定位、工程设计过程与设计审核和施工图审查运行实施体制等方面,分析归纳加拿大工程设计审核对我国的启示,旨在为促进我国工程设计审核制度的发展提供参考。

To address the problems related to the implementation of construction drawing design document review system in China,we analyze the Canadian engineering design review system,including the supervision process of project development and construction,the subject and responsibility of engineering design review,the review and approval procedure of engineering design,and the basis of engineering design review,review content and time limit.Based on this analysis,this paper investigates and summarizes the insights of Canadian engineering design audit system for China from the aspects of the nature and orientation of engineering design audit,engineering design process and design audit,and the implementation system of construction drawing review,aiming at providing a reference for promoting the development of engineering design audit system in China.
