基于扎根理论的承包商合作行为治理机制研究

Research on the Governance Mechanism for Contractors’ Cooperative Behaviors Based on Grounded Theory

推动有效合作是项目成功的关鍵因素,在冲突常态化的背景下构建适宜的治理机制可以最优化承包商合作行为,从而最大化合作收益。以6个工程项目为案例,基于扎根理论,采用Nvivo 11软件作为质性分析工具进行研究,对数据编码和分析,构建任务、过程、关系三类冲突情境,并明确了承包商合作行为以及合同和关系治理的要素构成。分析结果表明,合同和关系治理对承包商合作行为的提升有直接影响,且该作用在三类冲突情境下有所不同,据此构建了研究糢型,为3种冲突情境下承包商合作行为的最优化治理机制选择提供理论支持。

Effective cooperation is the key factor for project success.Against the background of conflict normalization,the construction of an appropriate governance mechanism could optimize contractors'cooperative behaviors to maximize the cooperation benefits.Based on grounded theory,Nvivo 11 software was used to analyze six engineering projects.Data was encoded and analyzed to construct three conflict situations including the task,process,and relationship,and to clarify the elements of contractor cooperation behaviors as well as the components of contractual and relational governance.The results indicated that contractual and relational governance have a direct impact on the improvement of contractors'cooperative behaviors,and the effects are different in the three kinds of conflict situations.The research model was constructed to support the governance mechanism selection for enhancing contractors'cooperative behaviors under three conflict situations.
