考虑操作效率差异的双资源项目调度模型研究

Study on the Dual-Resource Project Scheduling Model Considering Operational Efficiency Difference

针对多资源项目计划与调度问题中未考虑资源之间关联性而与实际情况脱离的问题,基于人力资源和设备资源两种可更新资源,考虑工人操作不同设备存在效率差异,建立一种以完工周期和项目成本为优化目标的考虑差异性操作效率的双资源多目标项目计划与调度模型。针对模型特点设计相应的染色体编码方案,运用NSGA-11算法进行求解。通过工程实例进行仿真实验,得到多目标优化的Pareto解集,同时与仅考虑相同操作效率的Pareto解对比,仿真实验在一定程度上缩短了项目工期,降低了项目成本。

In order to solve the problem of being detached from the actual situation due to lack of consideration of the correlation between resources in multi-resource project planning and scheduling,a dual-resource multi-objective project planning and scheduling model is established based on human resources and equipment resources.Considering the differences in the efficiency of workers operating different equipment,the model takes the completion period and cost as optimization objectives.Then the chromosome coding scheme is designed according to model characteristics and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the problem.Through the simulation experiment of an engineering example,the Pareto solution set with multi-objective optimization is obtained.Comparing with the Pareto solution which only considers the same operation efficiency,the simulation experiment shortens the project duration and reduces the project cost to a certain extent.
