Labor education and intellectual education have their own functions and characteristics.Both are important components of comprehensive development education.Although the country has continuously emphasized the development of labor education in recent years,the two are still in an imbalanced state in practice.Intellectual education is over-emphasized.The labor education has been downplayed by the public.The discussion of the relationship between labor education and intellectual education is helpful to understand the value of labor education in the“five education”system in the new era.The integrated development of labor education and intellectual education is the inevitable requirement and the only way to improve the effectiveness of labor education and cultivate comprehensive development talents.
