将课程思政融入到高职酒店管理专业课中,符合旅游行业的时代发展要求,能够更好地推动人才转型,实现全方面育人。高职酒店管理专业核心课实践教学中,教师要深刻把握课程思政融入的重要意义,明确当前高职院校酒店管理人才培养的现状,创新实施课程思政融入到高职酒店管理专业课教学的策略。以宴会设计专业课为例,探寻高职酒店管理专业核心课实践课程思政的路径,为高职酒店管理专业的教学提供相应参考。

Integrating the ideological and political curriculum into the hotel management professional courses in higher vocational colleges is in line with the requirements of the development of the tourism industry and can better promote the transformation of talents and achieve all-round education.In the practical teaching of core courses of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges,teachers should deeply grasp the important significance of ideological and political integration of courses,clarify the current situation of hotel management personnel training in higher vocational colleges,and innovate the strategy of integrating ideological and political courses into the teaching of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges.Taking banquet design course as an example,this paper explores the ideological and political path of the core course of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges,and provides corresponding reference for the teaching of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges.
