液质联用法对PET寡聚体的非靶向筛查 被引量:4

摘要 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料因添加剂使用量较少而被广泛应用于食品包装,但是,近期研究发现,PET食品接触材料中的寡聚体与食品或食品模拟物接触时会发生迁移,因此,对人体健康产生潜在的危害。针对2种食品接触用PET瓶,采用溶解沉淀法提取寡聚体,通过超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS)的非靶向采集模式,对寡聚体进行筛查。根据高能量通道获得的碎片质谱图,以及UNIFI软件自建谱库的功能对寡聚体进行识别,在2种PET瓶中筛查出16种环状和15种线性寡聚体。该方法可以快速、高效地对PET食品接触材料中的寡聚体进行筛查,也可用于其他食品接触材料中非挥发性迁移物(特别是非有意添加物(NIAS))的筛查。 PET materials are widely used in food packaging because of their low use of additives.However,recent research has found that oligomers in PET materials migrate when they come into contact with food or food simulants,potentially harming people’s health.For two food contact PET bottles,the oligomers were extracted by the dissolution precipitation method and screened by the non-targeted acquisition mode of ultra high performance liquid chromatographyquadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS).The oligomers were identified based on the mass spectrum of the fragments obtained from the high-energy channel and the function of the UNIFI software’s self-built library.As a result,16 kinds of cyclic and 15 kinds of linear oligomers were screened out in two PET bottles.This method can quickly and efficiently screen oligomers in PET food contact materials.It can also be used to screen non-volatile migrating materials,especially non-intentional additives(NIAS)in other food contact materials.
